The shirt itself arrived fine, but the color is really not what was shown online. I ordered it because it looked like a soft pink in the pictures, but in person it’s more of a dull peach. That was the main reason I bought it, so I’m disappointed. I’ve already reached out to customer service because this feels misleading and I’d like to get it resolved.

I really wanted to like this shirt, but after one wash the fabric got rough and scratchy. It felt cheap, and I kept thinking, how is this okay after only washing it once? Not great

It actually got here way faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I wish shipping was always this easy, but sure, I’ll take the win.

I kept checking back... same thing every time. The stuff I wanted was sold out, and then the restocks took forever. Kind of frustrating, honestly. You get excited, come back later, still nothing

I was actually able to find my size on most things, which was a nice surprise because merch sites can be inconsistent. A couple hoodies I liked were already down to only smaller sizes, so I ended up settling on a different one. Not ideal, but it worked out fine. The size chart was helpful and I’m still happy with what I got, I just wish they restocked the popular stuff a little more often.

I’ll be honest, the website just looks really messy to me. The colors, photos, and layout don’t seem to go together at all, and after a few minutes I was already getting impatient trying to find anything that looked nice.

I expected an apparel shop to feel cute, clean, and easy to browse, but this felt kind of cheap and rushed. I got annoyed scrolling around way faster than I should have, and it definitely didn’t make me want to keep shopping.

I was disappointed with how thin the material is. I noticed it right away when I held it up to the light, and even the edges felt kind of flimsy. It just has that cheap feel to it, like it won’t hold up well after much use.

I was going to place an order, but once I got to the payment page I kind of froze. I don’t remember seeing much about how the payment was secured, or at least nothing that stood out enough to make me feel comfortable. Maybe it was there and I just missed it, but I only really remember feeling unsure, so I ended up backing out. The site itself seemed fine overall, I just didn’t feel confident putting my card details in.

It arrived packaged really well, which I was happy to see! The box did have a tiny dent, but nothing major at all. Overall, good experience

I’d probably order again, just hoping the shipping is cheaper next time...

I got my shirt last week, i felt good as soon as I saw the print. The colors look clear and clean, and after washing it once, it still hasn’t cracked, which made me feel like it was worth it. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, so I was kind of impatient waiting for it, but once it arrived, I was happy with it overall.

I requested a refund it was so slow. I literally had to keep checking for updates because it felt like nothing was happening. The replies weren’t very helpful either, more like I was just being brushed off. The clothes might be fine, but the refund process was really annoying and I don’t think I’ll order again.

I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t get any reply at all. Maybe they’re busy, but even then, I feel like a quick update shouldn’t be that hard. It was frustrating because I just wanted to know what was going on. based on that, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I don’t know, the hoodie just didn’t feel legit when I got it. Like the tags looked kind of weird, and then the material felt cheaper than I expected. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it just didn’t match what I thought I was buying. Disappointed, honestly

I was so excited for this to show up, but the second I opened it, I noticed the stitching looked really sloppy?? There were loose threads everywhere, and one of the seams was already starting to pull apart... not great!!!
The fabric didn’t seem lined up properly either, like the whole shirt was made in a rush. I washed it once, just once, and somehow it looked even worse after that... the hem started curling in this weird way too!!

For what I paid, I really expected much better quality. The design is cute, I’ll give it that, but the construction is just not there at all... I wouldn’t buy it again!!!

I’ve only ordered a few things from Sabrina Carpenter Apparel, like a couple tees and a hoodie, so I can’t say this is true for everything they sell. But from what I’ve tried, the sizing has been really consistent. I went with my usual size and it fit about how I expected, not oddly tight or way too oversized.
That’s one of the biggest things I worry about when buying clothes online, so it was nice not having to guess too much. Based on my experience so far, I’d probably order again...

I got the tracking email after a couple days, which was fine, I guess, but it felt a little slow. The tracking itself worked well and kept updating, so at least I could see where my package was. It just took longer than I expected, and waiting longer than expected is always frustrating. Not a huge problem, but yeah, the package was late, and the whole thing just felt a bit slower than it should’ve been.
